• Respond to your enquiry and check availability of hire items;
• Prepare and send you a quote or invoice;
• Arrange delivery, setup and collection for confirmed bookings;

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within a reasonable period. Records relating to confirmed bookings are retained for as long as required by South African tax and accounting legislation.
